В конце февраля компания АрхиМет АПЕКС примет участие в XXII Международном архитектурно-строительном форуме YugBuild, который пройдет с 29 февраля по 3 марта в городе Краснодар, по адресу Зиповская ул., 5.

Организаторами мероприятия выступают департамент по архитектуре и градостроительству Краснодарского края, выставочная компания «КраснодарЭКСПО».

Новая разработка фирмы

Новый фонарь разработан на основе силуэта фонаря 3.Т25.1.48.V53/1, однако он обладает яркой индивидуальностью. В конструкции фонаря сочетаются подвесные и торшерные светильники разных типов, а так же используются литые чугунные кронштейны, что делает его необычным и привлекательным, выделяющимся из стандартного ряда опор освещения. Новая модель - это нарядная опора, достойная стать украшением исторической части города,она прекрасно впишется в классическую архитектуру городской площади или улицы, кроме того опора может служить частью мемориального сооружения.

Самара. Открытие второй очереди.

Набережная - это излюбленное место отдыха горожан, расположенное на пологом берегу Волги и имеющее давнюю интересную историю. Первые работы по благоустройству прибрежной зоны начались в 1939 г. В настоящее время протяженность набережной составляет более 5 км. Спускающиеся к берегу реки террасы образуют прогулочные аллеи, разделенные зелеными массивами, площадки, откуда открывается великолепный вид на Волгу.

Вторая очередь самарской набережной была построена в 1961 г. и с того времени практически не ремонтировалась. Реконструкция была начата в апреле 2011 г. и предусматривала полную замену покрытий, ограждений и системы освещения.

При реализации данного проекта были использованы классические чугунные фонари производства АрхиМет-Апекс со светильниками V.03. В навершиях опор и на лючках тумб расположены литые изображения гербов г.Самара. Всего на набережной было установлено 173 фонаря.

В празднике открытия набережной приняли участие Губернатор Самарской области Владимир Артяков, Глава городского округа Самара Дмитрий Азаров, депутат Государственной думы РФ Александр Хинштейн, председатели Самарской Губернской и городской Думы Виктор Сазонов и Александр Фетисов.

Элитный жилой квартал «Новая История», длагоустройство

Компанией «Балтийский Монолит» завершены работы по благоустройству прилегающей территории элитного жилого квартала «Новая История», расположенного по адресу: Санкт-Петербург, Средний проспект ВО, 83. При осуществлении проекта использованы уличные фонари со светильниками V.09 производства «АрхиМет-АПЕКС». Художественная и историческая значимость архитектуры Васильевского Острова определяет необходимость применения нестандартного, творческого подхода при осуществлении строительства новых объектов. Новый жилой квартал хорошо стилистически вписан в окружающий городской ландшафт. Выбранные декоративные фонари удачно дополняют архитектурный ансамбль, создавая альтернативу многочисленным типовым застройкам «спальных» районов.

Stadium “Zapolyarnik”, Norilsk

In summer 2011 Arkhimet-APEX participated in the reconstruction of a site important for Norilsk – stadium “Zapolyarnik”. Decorative fence gratings, unique for the Russian market, were designed and constructed by our company according to the individual project. Fence gratings are made in compliance with stadium’s style.Besides its original design, production is characterized by peculiar constructions, which are specially adapted to severe arctic climate.

Modern technologies have not skirt cast-iron gates as well. These gates are made in a single style with fence gratings. On these gates a technology of plasma arc cutting was used for putting individual inscription – the stadium’s name.

This project is notable for its scales (more than 2 km of fences). Taking into account climate conditions of the region, the project was to be completed in very short terms – before September 2011.

Due to the individual design of cast decorative modules we notice that information desks carry not only useful information but also turn utilitarian metal constructions into elegant urban decorations.

This desk and decorative cast bench produced by ArkhiMet-APEX were installed in the Pushkarsky garden (Petrogradsky district) specially for the Knowledge Day.

Завершены работы по реконструкции территории гостиничного комплекса в муниципальном округе Янтарный, г. Калининград. В рамках проекта компанией АрхиМет-Апекс изготовлено около 250 погонных метров ограждений с воротами и калитками, декорированными литыми чугунными элементами, а также декоративные фонари со светильниками V.01, уличные скамейки Ск.07 и урны У.01. Прекрасное архитектурное строение, выполненное в классическом стиле, получило достойное «обрамление», завершающее ландшафтное благоустройство объекта. Сложность реализации данного проекта определяется необходимостью учета особенностей рельефа территории, большим объемом поставляемой продукции и требованиями к ее эстетическому соответствию окружающим интерьерам. Однако те же соображения определяют интерес компании АрхиМет-Апекс к выполняемым работам, поскольку позволяют в полной мере проявить творческий подход к делу.

Work Completed on the Guide-Post Monument for the Famous Trade History of Novgorod the Great

Work has been completed on the guide-post monument for the famous trade history of Novgorod the Great.

The first Little Hanseatic Days for Russian cities will take place in Novgorod the Great in June 2011. For Novgorod the Great, these celebrations provide a unique chance not only to acknowledge its significance as a city with Hanseatic League history, but also to open up possible perspectives on all-inclusive, mutually beneficial cooperation with the cities of modern Europe. At the same time, through Novgorod the Great, European cities may get a glimpse of modern Russia, find new resources, ideas and connections and see new perspectives on cooperative, successful work in the fields of economics, politics and culture. For this reason, the Hanseatic Days in Novgorod the Great have been given the motto "...expanding borders".

The wrought-iron support column is wreathed with 13 cast signs bearing the names of the Russian cities which were part of the Hanseatic League. At the top of the column, a double-sided cast coat of arms of the Hanseatic League is placed; at the pedestal’s foot, there is a cast coat of arms of Novgorod the Great. These types of works have a great deal of social significance, infusing the new generation with interest in and respect for Russian history.

ARCH Moscow, over the course of many years, has retained a unique format, combining a commercial exposition with an architectural festival. Every year, this event draws more than 27,000 visitors to the Central House of Artists: architects, designers, developers, builders, trade representatives, individual clients and the press.

As always, ARCH Moscow remains the most prestigious arena in architecture, fulfilling the function of the selection of high-quality, "intellectual" architecture. This is made possible by the large number of rating programs, in which curators, juries and architectural critics participate.

At our company’s stand, products from the small architectural forms section were presented: spiral staircase Lv.02, hanging light V.15, table with cast legs St.05and balcony railingsand grilles. The stand was created with as much attention to style as possible. Guests were offered coffee and tea and served toast points and cheese; light jazz played in the background to accompany the discussion of business proposals.

The stand was noted by many as an image of style and visitor-friendly design.

The exposition’s decoration was a street lightmade by our company, which was used in the instillation by the www.dusarchitects.comDutch architectural bureau, which participated in ARCH Moscow among other young representatives from various European countries. The design was a copy of the installation which was presented in February 2010 in Rotterdam.

Supply of Street Lights for Park in Baku

Ziver bek Akhmedbekov Park was opened on 26 May near the Nizami metro station.
President of Azerbaijan Ilkham Aliev took part in the ceremony.
The head of the executive branch of the city of Baku, Gadzhibala Abutalybov informed the president of the work that had been done. In 1918-1920, Ziver bek Akhmedbekov was the first Azerbaijani to be the chief architect of Baku; he played an important role in the city’s development. In his works, Ziver bek Akhmedbekov used considerable artistry to combine the traditions of Western European and Eastern architecture. By decree of the president of Azerbaijan, this park was created in the name of Ziver bek Akhmedbekov; there is a monument to the architect there as well.
The president was acquainted with the conditions created in the park. It was noted that the area where the park is located had long been in a state of disrepair. During the course of the work, cafeterias and kiosks operating in unsanitary conditions were removed, and a park named after the first Azerbaijani chief architect of Baku, Ziver bek Akhmedbekov, was created. A large number of various trees and flowering shrubs and green areas have been planted in the park. A modern lighting system has been installed in the park.

Two types of street lights were installed at the site:

-Outdoor lamppost for lighting roadways;

-Cast-iron street lightsfor park lighting.

The high tradition of the city’s architectural metal was included in each of the elements of the street lights installed on the site. The street lights’ conical forms topped with elegant acroters, the flourishes and curves of the brackets, and the severity of the cast posts are all undying, classic features which are noble and eternal like everything that is truly beautiful.

The ArchiMet-APEX Plant Turns 15!

ArchiMet-APEX is an unique Russian company engaged in the assembly-line production of highly artistic architectural goods made from cast iron and non-ferrous castings. The plant was created in 1995 on the foundation of several Soviet companies in St. Petersburg.

Today, it is a large, full-cycle production plant which has a broad base of cast-iron architectural elements (more than 2,000 models), which permits the assembly of more than 5,000 street lights, awnings, canopies, fences and other small architectural forms.

Our plant uses modern casting technology and other metal shaping methods, which provides the opportunity to offer the client products in various styles and for various purposes, as well as to fulfill the important task of formulating an architectural ideology in the use of cast, hammered and other hi-tech products made of metal in exterior city decor.

The production cycle for posts, lights and small architectural forms includes all stages: design and development of drawings and product projects, creation of models, detail casting, metalworking and assembly and painting of the finished product.

Street Lights near the Tsarskoe Selo Cathedral of the Holy Martyr Ekaterina

The cathedral was established in 1835 on the order of Nicholas I. Construction was conducted according to the design and under the supervision of architect K.A. Ton. On June 10, 1939 at 5:30 a.m., the Cathedral of St. Ekaterina was demolished.
On July 20, 2006, the Charity Fund for the Reconstruction of the Cathedral of
St. Ekaterina in Tsarskoe Selo was founded. The fund confirmed the Charity Program for the Reconstruction of the Cathedral. In accordance with the program, the cathedral will be fully identical to its predecessor. In the basement area, in which the foundation of the 19th-century cathedral has been preserved, a Russian Orthodox museum of the cathedral’s history will be installed. Viewing plazas for tourists will be built near the cathedral’s coupolas.

It is proposed that the celebration of the 300th anniversary of Tsarskoe Selo in 2010 will begin with a ceremonial service and religious procession in the rebuilt Cathedral of
St. Ekaterina. Currently, the construction of the cathedral is roughly finished. The central cupola was raised on August 4, 2009, and the four small cupolas were put in place the day after. The first Divine Liturgy was held in the cathedral on December 7, 2009 while it was still under construction and the new set of seven bells, which were copies of the lost bells, were consecrated. The bells were mounted in the tower on February 11, 2010. The ArchiMet-APEX plant’s street lights were installed along pedestrian paths leading to the cathedral and around the building’s perimeter.

V.54 lights are equipped with optical units for effective lighting of the territory.

Results of the Russian Light Design Contest

For the first time, according to the results of the Russian Light Design Contest, which took place on 11 November in Moscow, our company, in conjunction with

FSI LENSVET, was declared the winner in the "Light Device Design" category. This year, more than 50 works from 17 different companies were presented at the contest. As Georgiy Paisidi, foreman of the contest’s jury and president of the Association of Professional Light Designers, noted: "Light design in Russia was a true discovery for me. Making a decision, settling on a winner among this number of works was not an easy task. And in all their variety, the projects presented at the contest were distinguished by the indubitable professionalism of their authors; these were quite high-quality design and architectural solutions."
